Q: Will I have my own bed?
A: Yes! When looking for the perfect space, I was adamant that everyone have their own bed. The home has 10 total beds!
Q: Will there be transportation to and from the airport if I am flying in?
A: Yep! Girl, I gotcha from the moment you land. Complimentary transportation to and from the airport for those flying in, is included.
Q: Is this appropriate for people who have never done yoga or meditation but are looking to make a change in their life?
Heck Yes! The intention for this retreat is for you to walk away with new tools you can integrate into your life. If you are an experienced yogi or meditator, consider this a time to go deeper into your practice and to relish in the awesome vibes of a group practice.
Q: What if it rains?
Never fear. Everything will be totally fine. There is a beautiful covered porch where you can chill and watch the rain. The only thing impacted will be paddle boarding and kayaking.
Q: Are activities mandatory?
A: You're a grown A$% woman ;) ! If there is something you don't want to do, you certainly don't have to. The hammock will welcome you!
Q: I've never done anything like this before. I'm nervous about doing something where I know no one.
A: Don't worry. I know how you feel. And what I want you to know is, you will be joining a group of like-minded women whose intention it is to connect, heal, unwind and learn. You will also have the chance to connect with me on a phone call prior to the retreat. We'll spend some time getting to know each other. I gotcha, sister.
Q: Will I be hungry?! I don't like to go too long without food and I keep reading that this is a "healthy" retreat.
A: No way! I'm a big believer in listening to your body and eating when you are hungry. There will be snacks available at all times. Meals will be healthy, yes, but sparse, no!
Q: When does enrollment close?
So that I can have time to prepare for workbooks, meals, etc. I have to close enrollment on July 10th. So make sure to sign up before that! If you are reading this after July 10th, reach out to me to see if there are spaces left. You can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Will there be down time?
Yes. I'm an introverted extrovert and I recharge through alone time. I value quiet time and want you all to have the option to have it. If there is ever a time you feel called to just go and hang by yourself, you are more than welcome to.
A note from Meg ...
My intention for this weekend, is for you to walk away refreshed and ready. Ready to integrate new, healthy habits into your life. Healthy habits around food, mindset, stress management, and developing your intuition.
I want you to walk away excited to start a new venture. I want you to feel that you've had a lovely kick in your cute little bum to get started woth the healthy lifestyle you've been dreaming of!!
You will not walk away confused. You will not walk away with more questions than you came with. You will walk away prepared and excited.
Plus you'll also walk away with a whole new group of friends who are committed to and traveling down a similar path.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me! You can email me at email@example.com
